Keiana Greene-Page became an author in elementary school, when she would write and illustrate her own books out of construction paper instead of doing her school work.
She is a proud graduate of Benedict College in Columbia, SC, an award-winning former journalist, and a fighter for social and economic justice. When she’s not writing, Keiana enjoys reading, making art, and eating chocolate chip cookies — which she does not share, much to the dismay of her dog, Marley.

4.5 Review from our book readers
"This book is the best children's book that I have ever read. It gives an understanding to children that you can dream big for yourself but always remember where you come from. You should always find your path in life that makes you happy, and not through others paths. Remember the 3 important lessons in life: Be yourself, have family and friends around you. And you can always have a place to call home that does not judge but makes you feel love and laugh when things get rough in life. An excellent children's book."
"This story has so much heart! This beautiful book will help children learn to see the world differently and teach them powerful lessons about courage, adventure, empathy and family that will stick with children long after reading it. This is a family favorite for our children and for us!"
"Clucky is relatable, funny and clever. His story made me laugh and I enjoyed his adventure."
"Clucky Comes Home is a great read for your child(ren). As an educator, mother and grandmother, Clucky will be added to my collection. Kudos to the author."
"My son and I absolutely love this book! It's age appropriate but also includes life lessons around family, love and humility. Great for circle time and even bedtime reading. Definitely pick this up for your little one!"
"This book had the most perfect plot twist . . . Clucky's sense of adventure is celebrated, and not punished, all along the way. It empowers kids to have a dream and also realize there might be many answers to what happens when you have the courage to live your dream. The illustrations are fanciful and warm. A true delight!"
The launch of our first book Clucky Comes Home is coming soon. Join us to see what happens when one chicken leaves the coop.

"I bought "Clucky Comes Home" for my children, who are 5 and 10 years of age. The story and the message are very inspirational for both of them in that it encourages them to dream big, to explore bravely despite the risk of disappointment and adversity, to recognize and acknowledge when they need help, and to always be grateful for the things that they have. It also packs a powerful reminder for us as parents: the need to give our children room to explore their world and to make mistakes along the way, and above all, the need to extend grace and to welcome them home with open arms. The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed Clucky's journey, and I would definitely recommend this book for children of all ages."
